Nurse Care Manager

Abbey has over 14 years of nursing experience across a wide range of healthcare settings, including long-term skilled care, outpatient clinics, Racine County schools, memory care units, and assisted living facilities. She takes great pride in delivering compassionate care, providing education, and connecting patients and their families with the resources they need.
