Raisa Koltun
Chief Operating Officer
Raisa has spent her career supporting the health and wellness of individuals and communities. She started her career as a clinical hospital pharmacist and from there she widened her scope to population health and spent several years at the City of Milwaukee Health Department focusing on community health and health policy.
That led to her role as Chief of Staff at Milwaukee County, where she oversaw day-to-day functioning of Milwaukee County government, its 4,000 employees, and its billion-dollar budget that focused on the wellbeing of its residents.
Raisa’s passion for bringing innovation to complex systems led her to a role within venture investing - supporting entrepreneurs, especially those who are building companies that have the potential to improve the health and wellness of individuals and communities.
Raisa earned her pharmacy and public health degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
She is excited and honored to bring her experience to Wellspring, an organization dedicated to empowering older adults and their families to navigate the complexities of aging, enabling them to live life on their own terms.
