Director of Nursing and Care Management - Detroit Region - Oakland County

Location: Detroit Region - Oakland County

Position Type: Full-Time

About WellSpring

WellSpring Nursing and Care Management is a private-pay care management company built around a simple promise: clinical excellence, clear communication, and unwavering advocacy for older adults and their families. As we expand into the Detroit region, we're looking for a mission-driven leader to establish and grow our care operations from the ground up.

Role Summary

As Director of Nursing and Care Management, you’ll be the cornerstone of our Detroit launch. You’ll start as a player-coach: delivering direct care while laying the groundwork for operations, systems, and team development. Over time, you’ll evolve into a full leadership role — overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring gold-standard care for every client.

You won’t be building alone. You’ll partner closely with the WellSpring Home Office, with strategic and operational support every step of the way.

The Details: Key Responsibilities

  • Represent WellSpring in the community through networking and partnership building

  • Track referral activity and help build the foundation for future business development efforts

  • A dedicated Business Development Specialist will be hired after launch.
