Cathleen Slattery, CSA

Director of Business Development

Cathleen’s passion for senior advocacy began in childhood when she cared for her blind grandfather. This experience shaped her healthcare career and commitment to supporting family members through their aging journeys, including her grandparents, mother, and father. While challenging, these experiences were deeply rewarding.

Cathleen had a successful career in pharmaceutical sales, but her grandmother’s Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diagnosis prompted a career shift, driven by a desire to understand and provide impactful resources.

With firsthand experience navigating the complexities of aging in place, Cathleen understands the importance of honoring dignity and choices while ensuring safety at home. She emphasizes financial prudence and thoughtful planning to facilitate smooth transitions. As a Certified Senior Advisor, Certified Fiduciary, and former Regional Care Manager for a leading home care agency, she brings a unique combination of professional expertise and personal insight.

In this Business Development role, she continues her mission to advocate for the most vulnerable populations. At WellSpring, she and the team work collaboratively to provide personalized guidance and support to families, ensuring all their needs are met with compassion and empathy.
